Wow one of the hardest pieces ever!! Brilliant

no, its not one of the "hardest" pieces ever... this is not even close to Bach´s violin Chaconne. Stop saying nonsence. If you dont understand the guitar world properly, don´t comment!

Geometry dash jonhyboy that is foolish, very few other pieces in the repertoire impose physical challenges as these do, given the 2-3 minutes of playtime, what you are asked to execute with your fingers is simply ridiculous, even unrealistic from the standpoint of the demands of the composer. The chaconne is not unrealistic;the physical difficulty involved in the performance of the it are not as saturated as these etudes. The chaconne is difficult because it is long and challenging to memorize and to come with a convincing interpretation, there are somewhat difficult passages as well as very easy resting points, whereas the villa lobos etudes are relentless, non stop

My dear friend, you have to understand how to seperate musics with hard technical parts and musics with technical effects. Yes, this music has difficult techniques but part of this music is showoff, effects, fireworks if you can say it so. Im not saying that it´s bad, it just as other contemporany pieces. But when you compare this to really hard technical and musical pieces like nocturne, concierto de aranjuez or the Yamashita arr., this is nothing (well, maybe a little). My guitar teacher, who has more than 25 years of experience, told me this and at first i didnt believe him but, with time, i started to get it. For example, can you compare Roland dyens pieces´s difficulty to Bach´s? Of course not, while roland has firework, Bach has pure technique and it´s harder musicaly, that´s why i´ve chosen Chaconne to ilusttrate my example. It´s time for us to analyse first (and play well the instrument) before saying nonsence.

first of all there is no such thing as musics.... music is the correct word here. Most importantly however, I am NOT going to have a typical guitarist conversation with you, which almost always depends NOT on facts, but different opinions... my intention was to congratulate this very young and extremely talented player on her accomplishments. If you think that Villa Lobos etudes comprise only effects, that is your own extremely narrow-minded opinion, and you can simply go ahead and continue to think that Aranjuez and Chaconne are the only ways humans can express themselves. Lobos etudes are a DIFFERENT way of expression, with open strings creating dissonant SOUNDS (not effects) and mechanical rhythms (i.e no. 5, no.11, no. 12) I know people like you are allergic to this word, but remember Bartok and Stravinsky; some composers write music being sensitive to their environment and social conditions, and finding themselves in such situations, they deviate from romantic optimism. What should we do? Throw away everything that is DIFFERENT? Is a colorless world what you want to achieve? With a few masterpieces placed on the top of a pedestal? By the way there are no fireworks in Aranjuez????? Yamashita???????

IM NOT SAYING THAT THIS DOESNT HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS! im saying that part of the "Music" is firework. And i really hate when people take in general when i say something. I didnt say that villa lobos studies arent difficult, for ex. studies number 2,3,11 and 12 are really hard and push you to your limits! What im saying is that people should start analysing the pieces and their techniques before saying that it´s "the hardest piece ever!". Expression is not everything in music. Technique and skill is important as well! And im not saying taht muscality isnt important! of course it is! without it, music wouldn´t exist! So, please stop mixing technique with muscality and expression!
