Lepai LP02020A+ Flickering Light No Sound

just bought this, hooked up to Pioneer SP BS22-LR, worked at first but now blue light is flickering and no more sound is coming out.

Make sure the power adapter has a solid connection to the amp. If the connection is loose that flashing can happen.
