Lepera is a nice seat. I’d say it’s it’s an upgrade againts the standard diamond stich. I have the SDC saddlemen and honestly it’s way more comfortable than the standard step-up. The lepera has a little more Cush in the beginning I like the way the ribs look on back but the sdc seat has a bit more bulk for the passenger. That weaved stitching is super sick similar to the carbon fiber on my seat.

Agree with the saddleman not being the most comfortable. I’ve kept with them mainly for the height of the seat. I need a higher seat for leg room. But also want a good back rest. Still on the search for the best seat for me.

I have a saddlemen tuck and roll for my 2020 softail standard and I love it. I can only compare it to the stock seat though which was a joke how uncomfortable it was

I have a 2020 softail standard and I had that stock seat on there a week,lol. I went with the LePera and love it. Can't go wrong with either Saddlemen or LePera

I have the saddlemen on my 2020 FXLRS and would never consider another brand. It fits me perfectly and I have 0 complaints with it.

I went with the LePera on my 2020 Street Bob and its way more comfortable straight out the box than the Saddleman or Mustang versions. Got mates running Saddleman and they have said they should have gone with the LePera

I’ve got about 5500 miles or so on my step up and although it looks nice it just isn’t it. A round ass doesn’t feel that great after 2 hours in a squared corner. I’m probably selling it soon to get the lepera. I only put what great things on them about being more comfortable too. Thanks for the review

@MarvelKid87 - I have a 2019 Sport Glide with a Saddlemen Step-Up and I also have a stock 2020 LRS solo seat. I've noticed that the stock LRS seat is more narrow towards the tank and sits lower towards the ground. Would you say the LePera sits you more similar to the stock seat? I'm considering the LePera but I'm a little shorter than you. I do sit about an inch taller and closer to the tank on the Saddlemen. Thanks for the content!

I have an 07 night train and really love the look of that lapera kick flip. Unfortunately jp cycles said it won’t work for my softail or any other softail but you have it on your low rider s. Did you have special docking hardware or have to modify it to work? Thank you. Great video. Helped my decision on a seat.
