That was fun. Thanks for sharing the behind the scenes on what looked like a fantastic trip. For what it’s worth, I loved Batman. I thought it was a great to see a different take on it and I think DC needed this bad. Good to see you back.

Hey, bud! Been waiting for another video! Do remember when you guys were grilling out in your backyard patio and your friends were there? You made a joking reference to “dog”, and everyone laughed, including ME! Been interested ever since, ‘cause I see your intellect, precise, as it is.. certainly doesn’t hurt that I’ve been cooking, professionally, since 1972. Retired now, and keying on foods, smoked, fire-cooked and old-school cured I, and we ALL, certainly appreciate you, and your efforts. Travel ON!!!!!!!

Interesting how that big under-tent smoker was butted up against a metal backdrop. It would seem to me that the entire back of the smoker would cook hot and move the smoke away from the back…

LOVE the smokey air in front of the neon!!!!! Stomach is growling and I SMELL the peppery, savory (hint of vinegar?) unctuousness of it! Damn, I need a cigarette…

So cool that you guys hang together. It's hard for normal people to understand the level of dedication required to understand smoking meat and barbecue at the "meat level." They think I've lost my mind when I go to Central Texas for a week and eat barbecue 10 times at different places (or sometimes the same place more than once!). MuleKicker BBQ is a better place because of videos from all y'all. Love your work.
