Playing these classic Hip-hop tracks was a breath of fresh air. I liked how it made the dancers get in their groove/connection to the music bag and foundation instead of relying on moves and punchlines. When doing my training I'm soooo use to dancing to random instrumentals that it becomes harder to stay consistent with my flow and stay patient when I play music that isn't like this.
