The Black Eyes " traditional Russian song was not composed by Django ... "The Black Eyes (Russian: Очи чёрные, Otchi tchornye) is a famous popular Russian gypsy traditional romance of the nineteenth century, and a gypsy jazz standard. The lyrics were written in 1843 by the Ukrainian romantic poet Yevhen Hrebinka (1812-1848), dedicated to his first wife Maria Vasilyevna.

The call of the mountains the end of summer the start of the hunt season . I have spent some of my childhood in the Italian Dolomites and worked in the French Alps I had always wondered what the Alpine Horn sounded like , I first heard them in the French Alps whilst serving outdoors so beautiful .
