​@@OnlinePilatesClasses YAY! Thank you so much for the reply! I've seen an updated version and use my cards all the time. :) I'm a Classical Pilates enthusiast. Still struggle with getting these leg circles in a way that doesn't aggravate my SI area the next day. So I was looking for more videos. I used to think the meditation cushion was a dog bed (I think there's a pink or gray one in other videos?). LOL!

@@elizabethvose5395 yes we have loads of dog beds and chairs in our house lol. SI and SLC: it sounds like you're probably circling from hip flexors and or hiking hte hip. Try doing low circles...more like ovals. Skip the "UP" until you can get more strength in your hip, hamstrins and abs
