Dear Leslie and team, I would like to thank you for the classes you make available on your KZbin channel, as they helped me not to go crazy and not to get depressed during the pandemic, especially during the 2020 lockdown. I've been following your channel for over 2 years. I'm Brazilian and I've lived in Portugal for almost 6 years, so you can imagine what it was like to experience all this practically alone, away from family and dearest friends. It wasn't easy and your cheerful classes helped me a lot. I chose this particular video to make these comments, because I noticed that in it there is a lady who must be around 65 years old and she is cute. She has a vibrant and happy energy, showing joy with the exercises and most importantly: when we want, nothing can stop us!!! I'm 50 years old and I want to keep exercising like she does. I felt represented!!!! Thank you all for helping us around the house! Today I exercise 5 days a week and I started with your classes!

I have walked with this lady for around 6 months and I absolutely love it. I was in a wheelchair for a year and had to loose weight to get my fourth replacement surgery done, I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis diagnosed at 26 and I’m now 68 . I have had my fourth replacement surgery done three days before Christmas 2018 , I a started WW in March 2018 . I lost four and a half stone to get my fourth replacement surgery done. I have now lost seven stone eleven pounds and at my goal for a year. Love being able to workout with you Leslie . I’m now awaiting my fifth replacement surgery done but I carry on my workouts!

@@sanjyotwankhede3622 I did it once in the morning and once in the evening, I didn't eat anything after 20:00 but almost everything (as I did ) except bread and sweets before. Sometimes I did static bicycle between... Now I only do it once and 4 km bicycle to keep my weight as it is... It worked for me! I hope you'll have a wonderful year to come!

It worked for me and I didn't do any diet I was eating as before but nothing after 20:00 and no sweets and bread. I didn't see results from first week. You can do it but don't feel anxiety just do it and enjoy it! We are beautiful with or without kg!!! I wish you the very best and take care!!

I don't remember how I found Leslie, but I am so glad I did. I'm 54 with health challenges and I hadn't worked out in years. But lockdown hit, we were stuck at home and I decided to get off my butt and move. You feel so good after every session.

I have to say working out every day for 3 weeks and have lost 13 lbs and feeling great. Reduce my calorie intake and about 4 to 5 bottles of water. I love it, thank you.

Walking works! CrossFit and other extreme workouts don't exactly cater to the young at heart, but walking is easy on the joints, yet provides an excellent workout for the entire body. Leslie cares about people and helping them reach their goals. I love her and her beautiful walking cast! Keep up the good work! You're awesome!.😃👍❤️

Thank you Leslie, your workouts are awesome! I have bad circulation and in the evenings, I often start shivering and feeling extremely cold. But when I put in your workouts and start exercising, my body warms up and I feel energized and happy. Your workouts are really life-changing for me. Especially because I can do them even though I feel I have no energy in the beginning. By the time I reach the end of the video, I feel so fueled up, that I usually do a second one as well. TODAY is day 2 of my challenge to walk 1 mile for 10 days. I am loving the class and I wished I could get more friends and family on board with this home walking workout. In only my third class, I am definitely finding the benefits of doing these 15 minute sessions as I am moving my arms and of course walking each step, either in time or out of time with Leslie. I only wished I discovered this series of videos earlier as I was a total couch potato over the winter and now it is summer, I am loving the idea that on really hot days (like today it is 36C), I can still walk but I don't have the sun and the heat beating down on me, instead I am doing it in the comfort of being in a cool room. I am definitely working my legs and my arms as I find that my legs are burning within 5 minutes and I am just hanging on to get through the 15 minutes, and when the 15 minutes is up, I am left thinking that it didn't feel as though it was a 15 minute walk. It was also great to watch the video and see Barb in the back, doing the workout but to her own pace. Every exercise programme I have watched always featured aerobic instructors and watching this video with people on different fitness levels is a great incentive to stay with the programme because at times you do get tired and you feel like a failure if you don't keep up or continue with the routine, but with this one, at least you are encouraged to keep walking and keep moving even if you are sore or you are puffed. Thank you Leslie for having people in your class who represent a great cross section of people who go to the aerobic classes because not everyone has stamina to work out for 15 minutes.

I did Leslie’s walking tapes years ago and loved the results. It definitely whittled my waist and saddlebags. Life and Covid has happened since then. I’m now 71 and want to get back into the routine. The only reason why this is the best workout out there is because it will be over before you even realize you’ve exercised for 15 minutes. Often times, you’ll just find yourself have to repeat it!

I love your videos and follow them everyday.I always wanted to reduce my weight and get to my previous shape for that I have been going to gym from last year and from past 14 years I have been going for morning walks which helped me maintain but believe me during lockdown I missed this all and then one my friends suggested this.This really really works ..I love it and follow the instructions very carefully..Thank you Leslie for giving me that confidence back..I feel blessed.Lots of love from India
