Yeah, I try to pick out other workouts, either thinking these are not effective (which they are by the way) or "I want something different." forgetting that this is like magic, ; you burn calories, work every muscle in your body and never get sore the next day so you can pick up where you left off workout again.

I am at 48 years old! It is a really good starting point for out of shape people looking for an easy start excersize plan. It really works to get you moving without it feeling overwhelming. I started walking with Leslie years ago when i bought a 3 video set (on tape, not DVD)😂 and i just keep coming back to her. She juat fits my life and fitness style better than anything else ive tried.

I have been using your 5 to 10 minute walking exercises for my 5th grade students and I to use for a morning wake up and warm up and for brain breaks. We LOVE your videos. 40+ weeks pregnant and had to stop lifting weights at the gym a few weeks back because it got too much. Have been doing these walking workouts as they’re much more manageable with the large belly and extra pressure on back and joints. Thanks heaps!

Ok, so where do I start? Before quarantine, I've been walking for at least 1 hour a day. No, for 3 full weeks nothing. I have very small children and barely have time for myself and I started to be depressed spending all days in the house. I just found out about this channel, did this workout and I'm feeling so much better! I will exercise with your videos every day from now. So grateful for what you do!!!

I started the year out pretty good. I lost 11 pounds so far. The way I stress about being stuck I really get mad. I just want to make great effort. I'm not giving up. I'm just going to keep going. I started at 244 pounds and I went to 233 pounds then I went back to 237 pounds and just get so bummed out.😢

I'm terrible at exercising regularly so I aim to exercise at least 5/10 minutes daily with you. This video was so fun that I wanted more and did another 10 minutes with your other video. I didn't enjoy the exercise so much in a while. It boosted my mood and my sweat was pouring down (it was so hot today) but I feel so great now. Forget gym, all you need is great music and Leslie :)

Hi M R, you can find a lot of support on My FitnessPal (MFP). Doesn't cost anything! I was around watching a friend who weighed 312 lbs. at the beginning and is now stable at 156 lbs. It took her over two years, but she is still around every day! She posted on her blog about twice a month, it's is fascinating reading. Good luck to you!

My experience with you was a bit different from many others I guess I'm not fat, actually I look great, as people used to say this.. However, I've never had muscles in my body!! So I was weak.. I visited a doctor one day and he told me I can't do anything about it!! After only one month and a half walking with you sweet Leslie I do have muscles now!! Everybody noticed the change 😍 Thanks to you and your wonderful smile and encouraging words you keep saying in your videos 💞💞

I am 78 in isolation as long as the virus last due to hubby having IPF. Am doing this walking again. For years use to do it faithfully but have got away from it. Now I am back as can’t go out and Condo not that big. Thanks Leslie love your video’s. Keep safe everyone.

2024 still moving...this is helping get to my weight loss goal. I was in a car accident and hurt my lower back and left knee. Not mention the other stuff/(chronic pain)i was diagnosed with that causes joint pain. If this works for me, it will work for almost anyone.

This is not only great in quarantine, but for those who can go out and walk outside as fast as supposedly’s possible for good exercise. I am totally blind, and to use a cane, and walking fast does not go well because it’s I’m more at risk for falling. Thanks for creating these videos. I did these workouts while doing 80 hr work weeks at 17. Yes no excuse. 10mins in the am and 10 at night. Even if your kids hang on you, perfect time to get it done!
