Love Pine Valley. I didn’t realize they had that many saw mills. The same man that built the chapel also built another one. It had been moved to This is Place. Also large yellow pine trees were logged from Pine Valley and put on wagons bound for Salt Lake City to build the organ pipes for The Tabernacle. They were hand picked. Not sure if you went to Veyo but go to Veyo pies and get a sandwich and pie. So good. When we were in Veyo the Post Office and laundry mat were together. Just interesting to us. In NE Washington State a little tiny town called Metaline Falls they had the liquor store and the fabric in the same room with a partition to separate them. Don’t know if it’s still like that. NE Washington is fun place to explore.
