For some weird reason on the youtube app when I try to click the first four links in the description after the football playing channel... it opens it as if its a website link but remvoes youtube from it so it looks for channel/UCIZa-etc But the link here worked fine. Not sure if theres any way to fix that link to work or whats wrong. KZbins always glitchy it seems.

speaking of youtube channels i showed my dad hanks video about going through your youtube history and when he heard you were a fan of sailing channel he insisted I ask if you had heard of the channel sailing project Atticus and if you hadn't to strongly recommend it as he says their videos are very similar to Sailing Soulianis and if you like theirs you will probably LOVE project Atticus. Hope you are having a great 2021 so far and the vision board goes swell :D

Mad respect to you shouting out smaller creators! There isn't enough of it within the larger community. It's amazing that Rosianna has been uploading for half her life - I started uploading in 2009 at 11 and still going with over 1100 videos at age 22. So half my life is online too!! My latest project "The Bearded Princess" showcases my struggles and triumphs of being a straight feminine man who wears dresses, bras, paints his nails etc. It has won 2 film festivals and featured in local news. Smaller creators have a voice too and it's beautiful that you're making them heard John. I have TFioS signed by you from a previous P4A and excited to have a signed copy of your new book! I love Bald & Bankrupt, Armchair Historian, and Poofesure at the moment Bald and Bankrupt travels around former Soviet republics, looking for Soviet things. He’s also been to Cuba. Armchair Historian has amazing animation. When you watch one of his vids, it feels like you’re watching an actual TV show. Shame he’s not known outside the history community. And Poofesure I just love to watch him rage over Wii Sports and Wii Party. I also like ResortTV1, they’re Disney World streamers (for the most part) and by watching them, you feel like you’re virtually riding your favorite Disney attractions, your happy place. And even when the parks were closed, that didn’t stop them as they had plenty of ride footage to use to still have that feeling of virtually being at the parks. Even footage of RETRO attractions like World of Motion, the original Journey Into Imagination, or Horizons. So on top of being at the parks, you felt like you traveled in a DeLorean back in time

There's a pretty big youtube channel called Chris Ramsay. He's a magician but he also solves puzzles and I swear he finds the most creative ones on the planet. Quite a few are custom made too and so yes they're very cool and I hope you'll find them just as interesting as I do lmao

i fell in love with the chanel "liziqi" recently. Its not a small chanel, but no one i talk to seems to know it. its a chinese woman doing traditional chineese farming and cooking and its shot SO freaking nicely. there is pretty much no talking, so it really doesnt matter that its in chinese, but the videography is just beautiful. so, if you need something to put on in the back while you relax. give that a shot.

I'm gonna throw my favorite smaller channel in the ring here: Kruggsmash. It's a guy who uses the insanely complex but graphically simplistic sim game Dwarf Fortress to tell epic, sprawling narratives of colonies of dwarves' struggles to survive and thrive in their hostile worlds. It's highly imaginative but also highly unpredictable, as the simulation has the final say in what does and doesn't happen. He supplements the visuals with a crazy quantity of beautiful drawings that he inks and his wife colors with colored pencils. It's ... really special.

One of my favourite channels is post 10. It's a dude who largely goes around after heavy weather and makes sure infrastructure is accessible (e.g. by unblocking clogged drains at flooded streets). he's very knowledgeable about the design issues that lead to these problems as well. You wouldn't think watching a dude raking at a drain for an hour would be compelling, but it really is.

So, in high school I was in the play Into the Woods and played the Mysterious Man. I had a line which began "When first I appear I seem deleterious...", but one night I couldn't remember the word "deleterious", and was on stage realizing I couldn't remember that word as that line came closer and closer. It got to my line and I started speaking, and said, "When first I appear I seem... deciduous...". Anyway, just thought you'd like to know that you're not the only person who has trouble with the word "deleterious".

My favorite small KZbin channel is Themed Alternative. Their main thing is videos commenting on old theme park promotional specials MST3K style, but they also have a bunch more stuff like comedy videos and a theme park based DnD campaign!

Will have to give some of these a watch. Two of my favorite smaller youtubers are the Welsh Viking and Snappy Dragon. Both are historical costumers who also do some A+ historical and social content.
