Excellent video. I must have missed your last one and I'll check it out....wanted to say that I've heard and seen about both dogs and cats going rogue....it can be harrowing...but very real....and the most important thing is keeping you and your family and friends and others safe....smart call on your end...and you're right...I'm sure the shelter people will make observations and recommendations...and you'll make the decision that is right for you. Not all animals are Hello Kitty ....just like not all people are alike disposition-wise. But I'm preaching to the choir ; ) Power on!

I being fallowing you and three other ladies in they're journey. I am going for the first appointment for Gastric bypass in october 29th. You and the other girls have being of such an inspiration to desided to start a journey for a healthier more active life. I consider you all Champions, Winners, Titans. You have conquer every obstacle with a lot of trouble, but you have made it through. THAT is what inspires me the most. I opened a chanell, i will start porting videos after the first appointment. Great video, Sarah. Your thoughts and self perceptions always strike a chord with me. You really dig deep info the process of the journey-adventure of losing weight and subsequent life thereafter...I appreciate your sharing. Though I did not have WLS, the mental stuff is much the same in my opinion. I also have the fears of uncertainty and the unknown. Somehow, though the world is my oyster, it can be more comfortable to retreat or be smug in mere possibilities. Taking action can be tough as you know. Mark

You know what doll! Don't worry about what others are thinking, it sounds like it's a well thought out and planned decision. You're still a beautiful person and so not a monster. To be honest I would have made the same decision. Things don't often end well trying to adopt out a cat.

I had a friend who's dog attacked and killed a neighbour's cat. She was devastated. It is NEVER an easy decision to put down an animal so no judgement here hun. Glad your holiday is going well - looks like a blast and I'm LOVING the pics in my newsfeed! :D I know! Beardless! Brent shaved his off too (thank goodness he's growing it back). :p

Hi Sarah. I have following you for about 9 months and your journey is amazing. A lot has happened to you in that time. Reaching goal I know is amazing and I have 40 more pounds to go to goal.
