Nice concept of "if he goes hard - go soft". I guess I have to think this through a little more. Actually we developed a Zedel of our own, regarding the sprechfenster/bind. Wanna hear it? "Ist er weich, stichst du gleich." or "If he's soft, immediately thrust". ;) We differentiate two different forms of strong in the bind as well. But I don't wanna spam you with our interpretations. Keep on making your great videos, I enjoy them quite a bit.

I agree with the underlying principles you bring up, however, the context of the first bind needs more attention. Please reference open and closed-loop motor control. Great work.

Could you guys do a video on a handful of basic drills for beginners? As I am new to the art I don't want to embed any errors early on in my training that bite me in the buns later on. Awesome vids!
