Ask and Answer: What's the weather like (today)?
These are REAL lessons. No actors. No scripts. A real learning experience.
Do you know a friend or family member who needs to learn English? Tell them they can learn along with Natasha as I teach her the basics of the English language.
I will not be posting captions (subtitles) on these early lessons. I want beginners to develop their listening skills. I will write all important information on the board. Happy Studies to all!

Hello. You need to say, "It's raining." Use the subject IT for the weather: It's rainy. It's cloudy. It's cold. It's hot. It's sunny. It's snowing. (Etc.) Feel free to ask more questions. :)

No, I studied just a little many years ago to get a sense of how the language works and so that I could understand the basic topic of conversation around me. Eu nao sei muitas palavras. :( Yes, I liked the idea of teaching a real student on camera and letting others share the experience. Natasha struggles, just like many others. When progress is made, we're genuinely happy. :)

@jonlu003 I've seen "gift" recognized as a verb in some dictionaries, but it's simply not a common use at all. "Present... as a gift" or "give the gift of..." are used more often, and they sound more natural. I do appreciate your poet's heart, though. :)

You get your message across successfully. You need to focus on making your grammar and word choice more accurate. That's a realistic goal. :)
