Lessons for Physicians from the Holocaust

Temerty Faculty of Medicine assistant professor Ariel Lefkowitz (PGME ’18, M.Ed ’20) has been working with The Lancet Commission on medicine, Nazism, and the Holocaust to create and present a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to be available worldwide later this year. In honour of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27, Temerty Medicine commissioned Dr. Lefkowitz’s 75-minute lecture and accompanying panel discussion - part of our MD curriculum since 2020 - for sharing with our wider community.
