As a person who use these techniques for several years, and began by thoroughly believing everything that was ever taught about this, please don’t let this become your life. I can assure you, this technique will fail eventually, perhaps not right away, perhaps not for years, but it will fail. This disconnects you from yourself, from how you truly feel, when you constantly engineer your feelings, inside yourself, and create a castle in the air, it will fall, you will fall. Those who are familiar with Lester and the so-called "method," will recognize the 3 levels of these motivators of mind movement. Releasing addresses these motivators, which are the culprit of subconscious thinking, which in turn keeps us from being able to focus on an inquiry question like "what am I." I guess once you fully release at each of these levels, the mind will quiet and truth shines. Has anyone tried it?
