Needed to hear this big time, can you make a video on how to let go of someone but at the same time, not hold any anger towards them? I know that anger only hurts the person feeling angry, but I find myself going through a roller coaster in the process of letting go and accepting that something is over I find myself with a lot of resentment and anger, and some of that is to myself because I did not remove myself from a situation that was no longer serving me. Do you have any advice on that?
