얼마 전 TV에서 본 몬트리올 베이글에 관심이 생겨서 찾아보다가 재미있는 레시피를 발견해서 매일 만들던 베이글 대신 몬트리올 베이글을 구웠는데요..
먹어본 적이 없으니 진짜 몬트리올 베이글과 맛이 비슷한지 알 길이 없지만
계속 구워 먹고 싶은 레시피를 찾은 것 같아서 좋네요

Hi guys!
I bake a loaf of sandwich bread every week but this week I baked bagels. Not just bagels but Montreal bagels🥳🥳.
I used the recipe from NYT Cooking. I'm not sure how similar it is as I've never tried the real iconic Montreal bagels.
I'm very happy that I found another go-to recipe for bagels that are slightly sweet!
