I bind lemon grass together ( like you would bind a small extension cord) and freeze several small bundles. They are available anytime. I use them when making soup and spice up the flavor in tomato dishes. I keep them binded together and discard them when food is done! It's great as a hair rinse, juse make into a tea. It can be added to conditioner and leave-ins.

Everything looks wonderful. I use lemongrass mostly for tea, but there are a lot of recipes for cooking. It's my favorite tea. ❤❤❤❤
