Going to try this recipe. I make a similar sauce but I usually use ground up italian sausage and big Italian sausage. And I usually substitute red wine with red wine vinegar though. I'm going to try real wine next sauce I cook though. Looks delicious 😋

Why, for cooking, do we need extra Virgin olive oil? For salad dressing, ok. I can see that. The oil is going directly into the mouth. But as a cooking oil, isn’t plain olive oil enough?

I think non virgin would leave too much of an olivy taste...

I don't like when people get all crazy with throwing in onions and mushrooms and stuff in their sauce. I've even seen people throw in corn kennels. Yuck 🤮
