Let's Cook One Of My Favorite Meals (Ampesie ne nkate3 abomu)

Today being my birthday, I thought it would be nice to share with you one of my favorite meals. Ampesie ne akate3 abomuu...so delicious you'll marvel at how something so simple could be that good.
Ingredients
4 medium sized tomatoes
1 habanero
1 medium sized onion
30 grams momone (salted and fermented fish)
3/4 cup roasted groundnut
about 1/4 cup palm oil
3 pieces Kako
4 large eggs
1.5 lb yams
1 large hass avocado
salt to taste.

Amazing dish there.. And I have a quick trick for u. U can dip a fork into the tomato and send it very closer to the open flame on the burner.it also roasts it naturally. Much love from Ghana...
