They're just unique and cool! I have a video review on one where I pick through the reasons, but the short version is they just have a lot of cool features other guitars don't. They aren't perfect, and are currently way overpriced, but I still like checking them out :)

Do you have any idea what makes N4's so special? They always just look like an unfinished super Strat to me, yet the fetch SOOOO much! I know almost nothing about Nuno but in every video I watch about N4's they talk about them like I should already know all about N4's.

I've always wondered myself, they're very popular guitars and I don't know much about Nuno either, but I do know that they are extremely comfortable guitars with some of the best high fret access i've ever played on a guitar, if not The best.

I wish I knew! I don't have a great impression of Washburn, but people seem to eat those N4's up. And I'm with you, never been a huge Nuno fan so I don't know much about them. I know he's a great player but I didn't grow up listening to him.

NONE of these guitars are worth these prices. Covid has made many musicians lose their minds charging this much for a fricking guitar. I build and play partscasters and they sound great, play great and don't cost that kind of money.

I still have my 2 guitars and they get played a lot. With this crisis we are in right now , it makes no sense to buy another guitar and there is no place to go out and play.You can do a Live Stream on Facebook, but it's not the same as playing Live. When the economy re-opens, yes I will return to Open Mics and Jams and re update my submissions on www.openmikes.org.

@@northernlefty5412 for me, it was a neck issue. It kept turning into a Hockey stick.... The shop and P. O. S. district rep wouldn't help, so after 3 or 4 failed attempts to straighten it out, I shattered it, placed back in its case, left it on the counter, and asked if there was anything they could do to adjust it... I thought the the dude at was gonna pass out when he saw it. Totally worth it just for that.. Should have sent it to Davey....

I'm a Reverb seller and Amazon seller. My sales are higher than during the holiday season. Prices are up, too. Its nuts. I'm about to buy a USA ESP for myself.

Long time no chat brother, Hope all is well and that you're staying safe and sane through all this madness. I haven't set my guitar down since quarantine began lol I was expecting to see non-stop crazy deals pop up with all of this going on, but it actually hasn't changed much at all. I would assume many people are spending more time with and playing their guitars more than ever now. I'm currently looking to add a workhorse fender strat (or *maybe* a tele) to my collection.

Hey man! Glad you're getting extra practice in :) I should be doing the same, but work has kept me busy unfortunately. What kind of strat are you after? Maybe that nitro-finished roadworn series would be a great workhorse guitar?

Interesting commentary, I'm inclined to agree with you on just about all of it. Are you into pedals? Used ones seem to retain value better then I'd expect. That or sellers just won't budge.

Thanks dude, and agreed. I'm not super into pedals because I've been an axefx player for so long, but I think you're right. Most pedals can be bought and sold almost risk free. I recently got a JJ Jr and have purchased a couple pedals, so I'm slowly learning. The prices seem to be a pretty tight margin so it's fun to experiment and know you aren't going to take a huge bath.

@@TheGuitarPit Do you like the JJ? I'm sceptical, they did a review in GP magazine on one of pink taco, or runt, with chassis opened up and it'board mounted... All the pots mounted to boards as well. Nope...
