The internet isn't alone when it comes to seeing viewing someone guilty til proven innocent society as a whole is more or less like this where popular opinions rule and an accusation alone is enough to condemn someone.

It's very easy to make an accusation in an environment where you will automatically be believed and what you say can't possibly be disproved by an investigation so many years later (they can't exactly gather forensic evidence now). It's even easier when there are already several accusers and your name won't even be mentioned in the media, or if so it will not be the headline (behold the women who suddenly had stories about James Deen after Stoya convicted him via Twitter). I don't know what really happened, but I know women have long shown they should not be believed without evidence. Hell, maybe Bill promised several of them success for favors and then didn't make good, and now they're getting back at him while others are hoping to make settlement money by adding their names to the list. It's possible, and that's reason enough not to assume anything.

It's a big myth that you can get "any woman you want" when you're a famous comedian. He was dealing with some pretty young girls when he was already in his 40's and 50's and comedians are pretty known for not getting as many girls as you'd imagine so I don't think it was purely about power.

What bothers me is that all of those women came out on the issue at the same time. Like one does it, than another, than another fifteen do it. It bothers me because 1. They all claim this happened 30 years ago. 2. They all cried about littel girls. Here's the thing, if he "raped" you, why did you wait 30 years before doing something??
