Not so much smog as much as fog and haze that rolls in at night from the ocean. Why they never built a tram from Pasadena to Mt. Wilson boggles my mind since L.A. is such a tourist magnet. It would be as popular as any attraction. With a nice cafe and restaurant, and an incredible view of greater L.A. both during the day and evening, it would be a must-visit attraction.

I’ve done that road a few times, on my old G310R, always a bit too fast, once when it was icy, and I regretted it every time. I hope I won’t be tempted on the new bike. It’s just treacherous up there, too rocky, too tight in the corners.

it's always my quick little ride to get away from the city once in a while. just gotta be super careful on that road. how'd the G310R do?

G310R was a very easy bike. The problem with that bike wasn’t that it was ever too fast, but that you really had to open up the throttle to get moving at that altitude. So, for twisties, really fun. How did you find ACH on the R9T?

very easy and fun! i was always scared to ride too fast because i was scared i might scrape the engine while cornering but that was never the case, ever lol

What muffler you have on sounds good

its the stock. i recently installed the two brothers and it sounds even better!
