Agreed. I agree with what RM said too. It sounds so simple, love yourself, but it really is worrying me, to see how many people around me using other people as a crutch to function in society. Depending so much on their loved one to be able to function to the point where without their loved one they’d die or kill themselves or be so broken they become a huge mess of broken pieces, (including using kpop idols). Like, my dude. If that ever happened to you, I empathise. But it’s a necessary lesson to learn. Don’t depend on others for your happiness. Really, it’s harmful to both of you, it’s really toxic, and it really won’t last. And it’s kinda crazy that they go to this extent to convey that message. All the more impactful i guess. istg,I think Jin is protecting Taehyung the most. In the Jap.Version of BST,Jin anf Taehyung fought and Jin attcacked him. When Taehyung fought back, Jin's expression was all like "WTF I DID NOT RAISE YOU TO BE LIKE THIS"(ironic statement hahaha) and was really shocked when Taehyung almost stabbed him. After knowing what Taehyung was capable of,he knew he had to keep him at bay,like a tiger in a cage because he did not want to unleash that side of Taehyung. But after Jin died,no one kept Taehyung at bay anymore. Jin's cage was down and that side of Taehyung ran free. He killed his father and tried to kill himself numerous times. Jin,feeling sad what has happened to Taehyung (and the others) because of him,decided to do all those time travels. He went back in time in Spring Day to prevent Taehyung from killing himself from the train. He went back in time in BST to repent for Taehyung's sin and so that he could be forgiven.He went back in time in Euphoria and made it so that Hoseok was with him so that he would not kill his father. He went back in time to replace Taehyung with himself in making that leap. And here in the Fake Love mv,Jin desperately tries to protect Taehyung's flower. Taehyung's flower,as far as I cam comprehend,symbolizes his true self,as the masks he wears in Singularity seems to avoiding it. That was Jin's parapernalia of Taehyung,which he was desperately trying to protect from the chaos of the outside world (the walls of the room shattering) to prevent Taehyung's wild side from taking control,keeping Taehyung in bay. also,Jin keeps seeing Jungkook suffering,but I think he's just leaving him be or isn't helping him much. He believes eventhough he's young,Jungkook is strong and that he can handle things with ease,and I do think so. V is more unstable than Jungkook (or the other members) so that is why I really think Jin is protecting Taehyung the most. The "save me, I'm fine" thing.The first time it showed in Highlight Reel,"I'm fine" was written and when flipped it was "save me". Taehyung was trying to be strong,but soon he found out showing his true self (caring for the girl) only got him nowhere,only to find out that it was fake (the girl,I think only kept tagging along because she hoped Taehyung would help her again.He even got in trouble because he was with that girl). He needed someone to save him from this fake void. But now,"save me" was written first and when flipped it says "I'm fine". I think this time, Taehyung is fooling people. He's fine,yet he wants to be saved. From what and why? He's fine. I think he just really needs attention. What if there's going to be something going on between Tae and Jungkook? Someone else had a theory that it was Tae at the end of the video (I also thought this) But why is he there? Did he kill everyone else like his father? Did he end up killing the others too and now he's come for jungkook? Like you said, was that jin was protecting Tae because he was unstable? Jin wanted to keep his unstable side at bay but when he jumped off the bridge he died and he was no longer able to keep Tae under control anymore, thus resulting in Taehyung's unstable side breaking free and destroying everything and everyone. What if he's what caused the destruction and Jungkook is the only one who can stop him?? Edit: Also about what junkee said in the video about Jungkook trying to save everyone but he notices that It's not really lasting or helping. I think it's because Tae is interfering. He needs to stop Tae before he can help the others. Tae is what's causing all the destruction and Jungkook is trying to fix things, but he can't until he stops Taehyng. Edit Edit: I also noticed that Taehyungs outfit in the beginning of the Fake Love MV kind of looks like restraints? They're around his wrists and body and he's the only one wearing it. Also the interaction between them in the beginning seems kind of wired. It kinda seems like there's something there going on between them. Idk lol Edit Edit Edit: In Euphoria when Jin is standing on the platform about to jump off you see Taeyhungs face and he looks confused. Jin realizes that he can't protect Taeyhung and everyone else. He know's that Jungkook is the only one who can save them which is why he gives up. Taehyung: representing fake love Jungkook: representing real love (Him sacrificing himself for everyone) This is just my thoughts about the theory I know there are a lot of holes in it and I know it's not the correct theory, but meh. I tried. :P

I think Jungkook paid with his happiness,personal items or materials that make him feel those euphoric emotions because his clothes did get ripped and worn off,as if he got ripped off of his happiness and I believe it was to see the truth,which was lying behind that door. The truth ,I think,is that everyone is actually not that close anymore, they're far away. Jungkook is young and precious,that is why he is always late or is always the last. He was the last to get out of the train in springday and was the last to meet up with them in euphoria.He was also the last to receive an item in th teaser. He's so young,that he does not realize what is actually happening. He thinks everything is like what happened in Euphpria,but it wasn't. That was just his euphoria,but not really the others. He was awakened to the truth that everyone has been separated to find their own happiness when he sees 6 empty coat stands in the room. They have left.

Guys here's an interesting theory based on the album's song "The Untold Truth" The song is actually related to Singularity MV if you read the lyrics..... "In a garden filled with loneliness I saw you bloom and you reminded me of a flower I wanted to give you" If you guys remember that Singularity MV Taehyung was in a location that seemed like a destroyed garden and like seemed it was filled with loneliness and there were flowers around him so does that mean the song is talking about this very familiar garden we saw before?....Also to mention that one of the members ( Maybe it's tae) wanted to give the flower to a certain someone.....Could it be the white flower that Taehyung was sniffing in the MV? Another lyric of the song says "But I wore this mask so that I don't show you ME, give you ME" And where do we exactly see a mask???? Yes again in Singularity MV at the end of the MV Taehyung is seen wearing a mask and then again a lyric stated that "Bloomed in a garden of loneliness you resembled a flower that I wanted to give you After I take off this foolish mask" Hmmm seems very familiar doesn't it? "But I can't do that because I'm too ugly" (JM sings this line BOI YOUR NOT UGLY) So basically this person can't let their love interest see their ugliness or can't show their emotions to the world or something also aother line said "But I'm afraid you'll leave me in the end again so I wear this mask to come see you again" Wait so Tae wears the mask to meet his crush bc he's scared that she might run away from him? And here's the lyric that I found the MOST interesting...."I'm a back down....What do I do in this garden? What do I do in this world? It's only the broken mask and the sand castle here" Wait hold up so the girl left the Tae or whoever it was and did it mention a "Sand Castle"? Ah yeah there was sand collapsed on the ground in the Fake Love MV and when Jk picked up the sand it became flowers petals? So i found out this theory from a vid i watched.... Okay im 1 year late but fck that So the flower basically represents the girl that jin met at the highlight story reels if i was right... He tried to gave the flower to the girl... But he failed to protect the girl bcoz she got hit by a car... And at Fake Love MV you can see Jin was trying to protect the flower (the flower that jin was trying to give to the girl) but he failed to protect the flower just like how he failed to protect the girl. When I saw the MV my first thought too was that Jungkook was trying to protect his members. Every member has a short time in the MV for themselves/ to let us know that they’re suffering, but only Jungkook doesn’t. I’m not saying Jungkook doesn’t have screen time, he actually has the most, it’s just that in all the scenes he was in, it was either with or about his members (we can see him in the opposite side of the mirror with RM, staring down at Jimin, running towards Tae, looking at Suga and Jhope...), my point is that all the members are showing some kind of hurt and need to be “saved” and Jungkook hopelessly trying to help them all. It could be because he is the youngest, so maybe they wanted him to express purity and innocence, the actual not knowing of what love is. They wanted to make him seem like he hasn’t experienced true love and that he only wants his brothers/friends to be happy. As I said, he wants to help every each of his friends/brothers/members but he couldn’t. Jimin and Yoongi were “attacked” by water/fire... In the end we see Jungkook coming to this place where ash is and he turns the ash in something beautiful like petals or small hearts (not really sure but it could probably mean that he is capable of turning something ugly and useless like ash into something beautiful like petals) finally we see him trading with a person and beside the person there are 6 stalls. In the accidents, his members probably died or got hurt, maybe he was trading something for the life of his members. So his members could be revived into those 6 stalls. note that he wasn’t looking scared so he probably did this before.

We all think it has to do with something from the mv of 'Just one day' right? ( 3:38 in the mv 'Fake love' ) Not only that but look a bit closer. You see that all the dirt is on the floor, but where is that flower that was shown in the beginning of the mv? (somewhere in the mv as well) Jin closed the curtains on Jungkook, it was like he didn't want him in the room; but still it was no use. The room broke down anyways. When everything broke down he tried to protect the flower. And as you all saw it was no use and it broke, then he left. I'm thinking... They were trying to protect it, but what was it? Was it love? The fake love? Think about it, it was fake, it was gonna break, it was gonna happen one way or another. And if you put 'Just one day' in the theory then I guess they're saying that they want to feel love, even for only just one day. And the fact that it looks like 'Butterfly' a lot, then maybe it has to do with the lyrics. 'Son daemyeon naragalkka buseojilkka geobna geobna geobna' 'If I let go of your hand, you'll fly away and break, I'm scared, scared, scared of that.' i relate to this so much. in september when they released DNA, i started the new school year, i thought i was happy. this is random but important for when (if) you read on. i liked a girl in my class for a long time, who never really liked me back. it never stopped. until summer break. then in sept, i didn’t realise it but i started liking her again. that may not make sense, but it was my subconscious mind that brought it to light. over the months, i got weak, but i was still happy. 2018 rolled around and i realised that i still like her. at that point i literally broke down. i hated myself so much. around the time the theme of fake love was announced (dark, gloomy lol) i was experiencing signs of literal heartbreak because i liked someone who was the same gender as me. i liked her so much it hurt. also, finals. *sigh* i relate to the things from the past the mv in the sense that old, painful memories of me and her kept playing in my mind on loop. i think i despised myself so much, because i didn’t want this type of me in the future. i didn’t want to live with it. i hoped it would just come and go. clearly it doesn’t - for me at least. right now, the pain is somewhere in my deep subconscious mind, but i’ll try to live on, even if it somehow haunts me again. all in all, i really agree with what RM has said in the recent interviews. you really do have to try accept yourself to love yourself; be /true/ to yourself. don’t lie. it’s going to hurt you more. and plus, there’s only one of you in the world. you’re beautiful. trust me.

This theory is really accurate for the youth out there including me. The reason why people have more problems because they depend on other temporary things for their happiness which will come and go. When you start to love yourself you'll discover that you'll eventually help other people to love themselves too, although it's hard but it's worth trying. Because of BTS as an inspiration for me to Love Myself with how they express problems and emphasises it through songs it really impacts one's life like mine. It makes ourselves to be open-minded. To learn to live life to the fullest and since we're young, we should start enjoying life. That's why BTS is not just any boy group, but a special one that's why they deserve all of the awards. There's some thing I wanna mention here. This is not necessarily about being suicidal or doing any kind of self harm. A person with no such issues could have difficulty loving themselves. And this will lastly make their life a joyless emptiness. Causing them to feel numb to almost everything. To the point that one gets resistant to happiness. Not being enough for ourselves will lead us to always fearing of not being enough for others. The feeling of being unworthy of everything. I have gone through all these. It's late night and im watching this with my sister who isn't a fan of Bangtan... so while watching this, i'm explaining this to her and what made me happy is that, i'm using my thinking skills and at the same time i'm learning something new ... it's kinda puzzle that slowly made me realized that all of there video have a hidden massage and the past videos of there highlight reels and mv s that i watched before , helped me to understand this theories... and after watching this.... man! im starting to love theories!!! I really thank BTS and of course BigHit, 'coz i don't get bored about there musics... and i could recommend everyone to listen to there musics 'coz its not just an ordinary one ... it's something that tells a story and a message for everybody... that,after listening to it, you will realize something. Another think with the Save Me I’m fine thing is that a lyric in Fake Love sort of goes with it “For you I could pretend to be happy when I’m sad, For you I could pretend like I was strong when I was hurt.” I think this could mean that they were masking their pain when they were with Her(?) and that Fake Love is about what happens after they are over but the pain is still there from being hidden for so long
