Atlus absolutely KILLED IT with Persona 3 Reload not only did they introduce P3 to people who have yet to experience it. But they improved everything from the original game. You can tell that Atlus put a lot of time and care into making this great remake.

Hot take I actually find parts of Aigis's speech from the original to be better. The line with "all your friends will be here soon" tugs me harder then the reload line. Also I like what the movie does when the group run up to the protag where we see in his point of view as the group yell his name and you see him smile for the last time as the screen fades out.

Bebe is a character i absolutely didn't like during my first initial playthrough of FES. But the more times i've played through Persona 3 the more that Bebe grew on me. That's the beauty of Persona as a whole for me. I know that the games don't have the best replay value but persona 5 is my comfort game because i know that watching Joker stick it to society will always fix me in ways other games can't. The entire series has some really strong characters and theres always a character for everyone to relate to.

Finally took time to watch the finale, because I was playing through the game myself and wanted to beat it first.( just beat it late last night) I’ve enjoyed all of your persona play throughs and this one was no different. I just love how powerful of a message P3 presents to its player and the emotion from certain events and lore really just gave me a whole new experience for the P3 characters and story and love them even more. We were blessed to get this remake during our lifetimes and they went off with it. Def Top 5 games for me now up there with P5

I played FES a long time ago so watching the ending here doesn't hit as hard anymore. Strangely what hit me in this video was the cut away from the protagonist's smile to the menu scene which has changed from a moonlight night scene to a bright sunny day with cherry blossoms blooming.

(I didn't play it, I watched a playthrough of it by analog vernacular, an underrated lets player youtuber I watch out of desire to help small creators) I didn't expect many things and I've seen P5 first and PQ2 second. Speaking of which, imagine how much more I enjoyed Persona Q2 after watching many cutscenes of other persona games including reload. XD Persona 3... just... damn... I thought Persona 5 royal can get dark and sad once and a while, it doesn't come close to this. Live. Just live. That's all there is to say. :( I disagree with you saying the original mass destruction is better. And I've listened to it a few times in gameplay footage of persona 5 playthroughs and smash bros too. I consider reloads to be better honestly. I personally don't feel that Reload's gameplay is as engaging as FES hard mode (too easy to avoid shadows (in fes you were more on your toes n case you messed up against priority + knocked down), everything is easier, no need for situational strategies against bosses to be able to win as much, the compendium in hard mode was nice cause it made your choices matter due to the price etc). Some cutscenes are better in FES if anything because Reload likes to overdo things a lot, but the VActing is definitely less hit or miss here and the budget is nice to have. I do like the remixes but overall I don't like the whole deader jazzy tone of it all. Memories of you is an example. I prefer the og. I'd still prefer to play FES but for most people Reload is probably a better choice to recommend.
