You should put the bones and chicken scraps along with carrots, celery,onions and whatever seasoning in your crockpot. Fill with water turns on high over night. Cook about 12 hours strain out and you will have the most delicious chicken broth to use for soup or just to add to recipes. ❤

Courtney, I use a broom that I picked up at the dollar general store. I only use it to clean the tub…just get the tub wet, spray cleaner and scrub tub and walls of shower with broom. Leave in tub to dry when finished. This works great and you can stand to clean. 😊

I love traditional Thanksgiving foods one of my faves is green bean casserole. For some reason I never think about making those foods during the rest of the year except for during the holidays but I think I’m gonna do some of my favorites. Hi babygirl Amazon has a good spin brush with different attachments and it’s long enough that u don’t have to bend much when cleaning tub, I use it to clean tubs, and tile floors. I love your cleaning motivation but I know how back pain is girl and I have fibromyalgia to top it off 😭I have severe upper back muscle damage from overuse when I was younger, I’m in my 40s now and it’s caught up with me so you take it easy when you can I have a scrubber that the head locks and it has a long handle I got mine on Amazon for less than $20 it’s worth it! Looks yummy… my boys loved Yoohoos when they were young. I could use Chicken Noodle soup. It is chilly today ( in Arizona shockingly), windy, and raining. Gonna put on some fleece leggings here shortly. I noticed great value brand is just as good as name brand. Moving in a week to Ohio, so these are great ideas for warm meals. I do want a tree for the room ( boys want a basement “ Hobbit Hole “ ).

Don’t worry about her not talking. My youngest son didn’t talk for quite a while. We had him tested and the doctor said to us does he have an older sibling? We said yes, and the doctor said that’s why he’s not talking,his older brother is doing the talking for him 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ He was an exceptional student in school and college. I have two tips one for your back so it won't hurt in the shower you can get a sponge mop then work so good that's what I do I have the same problem with my back also take rose hip tea it helps with the joints and everything and it works wonders

I started ordering the large containers of gravy mix from Amazon both brown and white to make my own gravy for recipes. It's cheaper because the small packets are over priced. Your recipes always look so good. We use products from Choc Zero for less carbs and to avoid sugar. I love their pancake syrups. Kiss Moonpie for me. Courtney, for your back, alternate between an ice pack, and a heat pack, 20 minutes, for each, for a couple of rounds, along with some Ibuprofen. The soup looked yummy, I like it thicker too ❤, I use the packs of frozen mixed veg, and at the end I beat two raw eggs, and add them, it gives the soup even more body. I enjoyed watching you make the pumpkin cake, but you couldn't pay me to eat it 😂, I can't even stand the smell of it 🤢 😂. Please let me know if you find a good bathtub/tile scrubber on an adjustable, longer wand. My back needs an easier way of cleaning those things now too. Have a great weekend!! Love you guys ❤❤❤❤❤.

Courtney, buy some of the Voltaren Arthritis pain gel. I use it, and I put a good amount on my low back and then across my hip area in the back. And it’s the only thing that gives me relief.
