You’re gonna love this one! This is a great functional workout for the upper body. It’s literally in the bag! This one is awesome because you can change the amount of weight so easily. We are going to work on agility, strength and mobility.

This a great shoulder and bicep workout but doesn't target the triceps which is what you need to help with arm flab.

Does that help your shoulders? I have one side weaker then the other need muscle strengh.

It's more for the back and biceps so not a lot of shoulder work in this one.

Hi there... sorry for the confusion but, I didn't suggest there was one just for shoulders. I have exercises in some of my videos for shoulders but there are too many to look through to find specific exercises. Sorry!
