I have been looking for a training case to redo for months now. I gasp when I saw that one. So many beautiful things. I love Canasta. Have been playing since I was 12 or 13. I am always looking for old cards. Great haul.

I really love the blue and white teapot! The canasta cards are neat. We all played canasta a lot when I was young. Dianne introduced it to us, and we loved to play when we were all together. So much fun! I would have to brush up on how to play, though.

Wow I have that blue & white tea pot but the black handle was missing. Given to me by my cousin after my Aunt ( her mom) passed away many years ago. Wonder where I can find a handle like that! Does anyone know?

13:20 An idea: use the tea pot as a planter or put a sweet flower arrangement in it. Another idea is to look at other cheap tea pots at garage sales, rummage sales, or thrift stores that may have a handle that fits. The blue onion pattern also is called old town blue by correll and pyrex. Good luck.
