I have been antiquing and thrifting and estate dealing all over florida and have not found one. You said in your video that the owner Cindy was so nice. Hello my sweet friend! Hope you've been having a good week! The first plate you picked up had the prettiest scene on it! Ohh I really loved the blue & white thimbles, so stinking cute!😊 I loved the larger dish set at 5:24! The scene is so pretty, and the scalloped edges is just so sweet!💙 And of course the ones with the Coaching scene was beautiful too. So many blue & whites to choose from! I've always thought the liberty blue was A pretty set. The horses & the floral border is really pretty!💙 I was raised eating from the but & white dishes. Both my mom & my grandma had them & they were our normal, everyday dishes. Sadly i can't remember what the scenes were.🫤 I do remember they were the darker blue & I remember the edging on my moms but I'm not sure of the scene. We had another set I see in Antique stores, they have a small Victorian scene in the center, then its white, then its gold all around the edge or border. Again I can't remember the exact scene in the center! I so swish i could remember both! I'm so glad you found A set you love & at a good price too! I enjoyed shopping along with you! Pray for us as this hurricane will be coming in today. Lol I couldn't sleep so yes in here at wee hours of the morning🥴 But they think its going to hit the area just below Tampa.. that less than an hour from where i live. So I know we'll get the strong outterbands, just don't want it to shift! But the schools are closed today & Friday. My husband works outside & of course he's off. My son works in Orlando & will have to drive home at around the time its coming in. My DIL works in Tampa at the NICU & is on the emergency team, she could be called out at anytime. So yeah, keep us all in your prayers! I've prayed A hedge of protection around us & the home. I know Gods got us! Love & hugs❤🤗

I'm also in Tennessee. Northeast Tennessee area. I don't collect blue and white dishes, but my Mom has a huge collection of Blue Willow that she displays.

Hi Melissa those plates are so beautiful. You will just have to keep looking until you find the whole set. I think that is the fun with thrifting and antiquing . Our estate sales put china high on the first day, but by the last you can get a complete set for usually about seventy five dollars. Can you believe Johnson Brothers made so many sets of dinnerware and they are all so beautiful. I do have a set blue and white eight made in Spain Pontessa Granada ironstone…think that’s right. It came with a few things like a sugar bowl, a few other things like a sugar bowl, gravy boat, little saucers ,no cups, but when I see what you show I realize my tastes has changed and these are a bit modern for me. I know I did not spend more than twenty all together at an estate sale. I also have the Johnson Brothers white swirl set, with eight dishes, some small bowls, few cups, and beautiful casserole dish with lid and a bigger bowl. I remember the house was awful, but beautiful things and the guy said would you buy them all for seven dollars…Yes please. I don’t know why I have so many dishes. I think I am a good cook, until it comes to people coming and then I feel like my cooking skills are not as good. I bet you are a fabulous cook and host. I do love to make tomato pies. We stopped to ask this young guy directions to an estate sale weekend before. We were lost. He was going to feed his chickens this big pile of tomatoes and I asked if I could buy a few green ones. Well , he let me take a big bag of green and red home and I have made tomato pies. In exchange I gave him fudge I had made for the estate sale people we love. We decided we were not going to keep hunting, because no one knew where this estate sale was. It was at an old farmhouse and the description in the paper sounded wonderful. 😢 I did not need to bring anything new in, but it is so addictive. I know you will find those dishes as many antique stores as you go to. I love having what other people loved at one time. Take care. ❤❤❤

I love blue and white dishes. I only have a couple of pieces to pair with my milk glass pieces. I love the floral around your plates. And I like the library card catalog cabinet behind you.

Do you ever go to antique malls? I find you can find better prices at the malls than at the antique stops. I loved the blue dishes you came home with. I have the red transfer Johnson Brothers plates. All of my plates have pastoral scenes on them. I love them and it doesn't matter to me they don't have the sames scenes on them. The edges of the plates are all the same pattern.

I collect them as well & decided to decorate them with orange fall decor. The colors look great together!

I love blue and white! I had a plate wall in my kitchen. It came down when I started my house renovation, but it will return! I also decided to change out my mismatched plastic everyday dishes for a set of blue willow. I bought two sets on Facebook marketplace for what I felt was a very reasonable price. Makes me smile every time I pull something out of the cupboard now!

I have a 12 place setting of the Liberty Blue with teapot, milk pitchers, soup tureen , platters. You can find Liberty Blue plates and cups/saucers for $5 if you are persistent. I collected all mine one piece at a time and only paid high prices for turkey platter and serving bowls. I even found the soup tureen for $25! I love the dishes cause they are dishwasher safe.

I started collecting the Blue & White Onion pattern when I lived in Europe. Got some nice pieces. Some of it has been lost due to moves, but I have a few pieces left. I have recently come across a couple of Spode plates and a Spode coffee pot and those are displayed in my kitchen. Something about the blue.

I have a small collection of Blue and white and I love them.

Melissa, saw the plate with “Rosalie” from Natchez,Ms. Natchez has been my home since birth. WE are a historical antebellum town with some 30 odd homes on tour. I guided for 20+ years. Beautiful small Southern town with 2 special Spring and Fall tours. Small world!

I have fiestaware for every day and blue willow is my China.

If i could have any dushes, those would be it. I managed to get a bread or dessert plate, tea cup and saucer. There were more of the dessert dishes, but I couldn't afford them. Lucky you.

KARM store are a for profit business - completely separate from the ministry. They hire professionals to stage the stores. The stores only donate $.20 cents on the dollar to the ministry. People think they are helping the homeless but they are helping the CEO of the KARM stores.

Hi Melissa I am not on Instagram.. I was on it at one time, lost my info and never got back on. I am so sorry your daughter had a rough surgery and praying that everything will be ok. I have to go back and revisit this video. I happened to look first at the comments and so upset for you. I have not been to Tennessee in a long time. You got nice things. The little glasses I would out flowers in them. I cut zinnias almost everyday and put somewhere . I love giving them away too. Unfortunately, they won’t last forever. I love fall,but always feel a sadness about summer ending. Virtual Hugs and prayers going your way. ❤❤❤
