@@Deathmare235 juggle with a smaller football, it’ll force you to focus even harder and to be exactly precise and accurate with how you juggle the ball. The smaller the ball, the harder it is, and the more rewarding and skillful you’ll get if you master juggling very small footballs

It’s better if you can get 10 perfect juggles than dozens of floppy juggles where you have to move around a ton because the ball keeps flying away from you

For me, playing with a hacky sack helped me improve my juggling exponentially since hacky sack involves repetitive juggling just on a smaller scale using a sack, highly recommend for players having trouble with juggling 👌

I'm semi pro in England. This will not really br helpfull if you play competitive football. You need to have the courage to train whilst playing in a match and accept you are going to make mistakes. Training 121 is good but when you actually play a match you just revert back to what you usually do because of the intensity and Competitiveness.
