Let's Learn Larry - Adding New Body Parts

Hey Garry, (THANK GOD for your lessons, life changing.) I followed your video about switching hand sprites. But I changed the color of the main character, so now the hand sprites when switched don't match with the new color I changed the character to in photoshop. I was trying to find a way to simply change all the hand sprite colors to match my main new colors on the character, is there a way to do this?

I love hearing messages like this, knowing that the time and effort that goes into making these short videos is useful to people. Switching hands (or other parts) from one Cartoon Animator actor to another only takes seconds in Composer Mode, but as you have found, doing so means your SVG Colour Management settings may not all match up. There is a way to correct this. With your character open in Composer Mode, you need to transfer the colour grouping of the newly imported items in the SVG Group Editor. The process is simple enough, just a matter of putting each item in the correct matching folder (eg. colours for the hands need to go in the Skin Main folder).
