@StriderWolf, Hang in there! Working in Moho is a little unusual, but once you understand a few concepts, it's not hard to learn and use. We're going to focus on shorter videos for a while to teach Moho in small steps. We're also planning a few exercises with downloadable content.

This is so exciting, and I can’t wait to follow along on this journey. I am curious… in the storyboard / animatic phase I’m assuming you use a drawing tablet. What are your personal recommendations for setup of pen settings when using a pen & tablet in Moho? Thanks so much for doing this.
@D.R.Greenlaw2 ай бұрын
Hi @jobbahthehal! You are correct: when using the Freehand tool in Moho, I prefer using a tablet. On my desktop, I use a Wacom Cintiq, but almost any tablet should be fine. A while back, in the Lost Marble forums, I described my experience using different tablets for Moho. I’ll think about doing something similar in video form. I really need to update the info anyway, because pen support in Moho was greatly improved in Moho 14.2. If you’re using an older version of Moho, there are a few important settings to be aware of. I’ll provide a link here later today with more info. For anything else I do in Moho, I prefer using a mouse. This includes drawing with Add Points, which is what I use to create all of my final ‘puppet’ art. I'll get into that in an upcoming tutorial video.

This is great. Can’t wait for your next videos. I’d love to know if I can create a moving texture for a fill (like line boil for a stroke)?
@TeamLittleGreenDogАй бұрын
HI, @judgeworks3687! I can think of two ways: 1.) use an image sequence inside a mask, and 2.) create your 'fill' texture using Moho's animated brushes. If you're on the Moho Animation Software Discord server, be sure to look up Pierre Gombaud's excellent demonstration of the second technique here: discord.com/channels/1123979330171715664/1125815874113261690/1289966812913729689

Bro please make a separate video on all the moho script you using.
@D.R.Greenlaw2 ай бұрын
That's a good idea! There are a few scripts and tools I use all the time. I'll make a series describing my favorite scripts and third-party tools, and show how I use them. Most of them are free or cheap!

@@D.R.Greenlaw Yes bro, because there is no proper video on KZbin for moho scripts , so if you make a video I will be thankful.

Hi, @ottobonchristopher2132. I asked D.R. and he says, "I've been collecting and creating audio samples for decades, but in our recent LGD content, I've been mostly using depositphotos.com for SFX and music." Thanks for asking!

and one more request ..can you use adobe illustrator ..to make characters in it and use in moho to animate
@TeamLittleGreenDog12 сағат бұрын
Hi @CrazysterArt, You can use Adobe Illustrator to draw and save the art as SVG to import to Moho. If you're not using AI-specific styling options, the conversion should work fine. But for character art that will be deformed using Bones and Smart Bone Actions, I recommend using Moho's built-in drawing tools. With the built-in tools, it's easier and more direct to optimize the vector art for rigging and animation.

hello green dog I have a little problem in moho I want to apply the same animation to multiple layers. I have designed 10 shirts, but I have only animated one of them. How can I copy or apply that animation to other shirts? Please make a video about it if you can love your videos
@TeamLittleGreenDogАй бұрын
Hi, @ashenadeesha21! D.R. says, "There are a few different ways to do this, and the answer depends on how you set up the artwork and layers." He suggests asking this question in the Moho forums (lostmarble.com/forum/) so he can offer more details. And, yes, he can make a video about this afterward! Thanks for writing!
