Made this the other day, my daughters (15 & 20) and myself give it a 10/10! We loved it, making it again next week too!

This felt like it was chaotic in real life with all the background noise. Very realistic display of getting the family fed quickly. Rachel ray 30 minute meals could never! 😂Gonna have to try this myself

I love these cooking videos. I think I’ve watched all of them in the last two weeks. You make everything look so good! I’m trying to figure out when you use Old Bay, which I never heard of until your videos. Seems like you put it in your egg and hash brown dishes. Also when do you use Adobo seasoning? Is that just for taco Tuesday night? I like the addition of a ranch dressing packet in your ground beef. I want to try that. Oh, a little tip… put a kitchen towel under your cutting board to keep it from sliding around when chopping on it. Also, for efficiency, have a plastic bowl to dump all the garbage in while you’re prepping then you can take the bowl and dump everything into your kitchen trash when you’re done prepping. I learned that from Rachel Ray. Can’t wait to see what you make next.

If you make a list of things you could use to make your life easier, I'm sure we could get them for you. Things like a garlic ricer (or cheese grater with small holes). I use a cheese grater to mince fresh garlic because it just tastes better and has fewer ingredients. A separate salt shaker to prevent oversalting (unless you're using a specific amount. - you could honestly reuse and label an old spice container you already have). A box of gloves or reusable ones you can wash. A citrus juicer - you can juice lemon or lime quickly for a less chemically taste.

You might make better use of your time if you make the sauce while the meatballs are cooking!
@liltenshi395 ай бұрын
Good idea if you're pressed for time, but often you'd want to make sauces first or ahead of time because it'll sit in the fridge to allow time for the flavors to meld together and get more flavorful!

That looks so good, and you made it look so easy and quick to make!🩵💚You mentioned that it looked like a lot of dill. Not sure if this applies to all herbs, but they usually say to use less if you have dried instead of fresh because the flavor is more concentrated I guess. Knowing me, I’d use a lot anyway because I love seasonings and spices.☺️
