I make frozen hot chocolate using sugar free Swiss Miss hot chocolate, almond milk and ice. I started making my own sugar free hot chocolate mix to control the ingredients. Yum!

Instead of regular coffee creamer could you substitute it with chocolate coffee creamer?

What do they add in these things that they say are sugar free?? Sometimes they put in unhealthy sugar substitute, which cause health problems and cancer.. I love Hot Chocolate

I will use the cocoa / milk powder and a touch 1tsp of pure cane sugar can't use any of the coffee creamers they have seed oils and other things my Healthcare provider said will hurt my liver ! It gives you fatty liver disease as if you were drinking a soft drink or eating a glazed donut.i use to use the non dairy creamers multiple times a day in my coffee and hot tea.But not anymore! The non dairy creamers have hydrogenated seed oils .
