Let’s make...key lime pie bars!!!

18 graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. key lime juice
zest of one lime
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt
6 oz. (3/4 c.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. Heavy whipping cream
1 T. powdered sugar
Lime zest for garnish
Pulse graham crackers in a food processor until sandy. Pulse in melted butter. Press crumbs into the bottom of an 8x8 parchment lined pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes (until starting to brown at edges.)
