Let's bulk up on our plant based protein! Koose is a very nutritious meal mostly enjoyed with spiced millet porridge(Hausa Koko). This is an easier recipe that incorporates the skins of the beans, and so you're assured of complete nutrition.
Ingredients:
1 black eyed peas
30 grams ginger
2 small habanero
200 gram onion
1 Maggie tablet
Oil for deep frying
