My Sweet Adjeley I am enjoying the pineapple and ginger. I will make this one too thank you very much for all your ideas you are very creative thank. Because of you one year now not buying bread , paste tomato and chopped tomatoes, nut better, mayonnaise. Even all cubes and bouillon ect...I do all these myself now. Thank you so so much. Dear Adjeley , Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us. I have the hardest times trying to keep my bronchitis under control during rainy & cold weather. I have always wished to have something to drink that would be healthy enough plus give benefits being hot or cold.. I made this pineapple, carrot ginger & lemon & loss my mind over how good it taste. The flavor really came together once that lemon juice was starred into the rest of its ingredients.. I know I'll probably end up making a pitch once a week once my whole family gets a taste of this... I thank you also because I'm a diabetic with a problem trying to keep my A1C level down .. so with that, I am able to use my artificial sugar in place of regular (grandulate) sugar (that I still love,) & still it's taste is remarkable. Thank you once again. I'll be looking for more from you & will share your recipes with my family and friends.

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I made this on Monday, July 19, 2021. This is so good and refreshing. I seived it 3-4 times and used honey instead of sugar. I didn't want to waste the peel and core, so I used the pineapple skin and core to make a pineapple drink with; cinnamon sticks (2), small piece of ginger, a few cloves. I boiled and simmered for an hour and added honey. This is good too.
