One thing about this game, and in real life actually, you have to figure out the location of the call as soon as possible. By getting an address first, you can send the nesessary units while still gathering information. Should more information about other aspects of the call come in, you can add additional units if needed.

Yeah my dad is a firefighter for two areas while doing another main job. I don't want to say volunteer Becuase there is no difference really accept they don't get paid and they get to stay at home but one of the two has nothing but volunteers and there he gets to use sirens and since people like turning up their radios and don't pay attention so he has another siren that pulses a small wave of bass through the ground so the car in front shakes almost it's so cool to mess with people of they don't pay attention when I'm in the truck with him, not fire truck his truck. XD

For the record, at around 21:12 the correct option is to ask the caller to press a button. They may be in danger but can't make noise. Calling them back has a chance of alerting a shooter or other bad guy to their position or to the fact that they were trying to call 911. You can't always assume that it's kids causing an issue.

haha i am in the same boat as you with Sirens Metalcayon, i love them, all types Police, Amublance, Firetrucks and even sirens like air raid, tornado ect. they are so awesome to listen to, i remember when i was in grade 4 a firetruck came to the school and we got to go into the truck and play around with the siren and such inside the truck and it was awesome! on a side note the guy that did the 911 Operator voice sounds alot like Nicholas Cage lol

It is, in a way, yes. I guess it would be a management RTS with pausing. Usually RTS games do not have a pause feature and comprise of base building and/or controlling lots of units. Often also includes some sort of economy to take care of (think Command & Conquer, Red Alert, etc.).
