It's kinda funny that you mention Nameless using Gae Bolg in his np and it not being a blade, since it's a polearm so it automatically is. He also mentions being able to use it all the way back in FSN, but he's also regularly used Rho Aias and nobody ever questions that... UBW has always been moreso an armory than "just" a blade factory, really. I dunno if this was fanon or not but I think the more "actually a sword" his projections are, the more effective he is in creating them.

8:16 The barracks is more for convience, especially when you have a stockpile of conversations to go through after grinding bond levels. Its much easier to go to their room for those conversations than cycling them in My Room. Each servant also has a unique room, with usually their weapon appearing in the background

UBW doesn't just only replicate swords; remember that Emiya and Nameless are able to project Rho Aias despite that being a shield, albeit it costs more magical energy to do so compared to projecting weapons. That being said, he is supposed to be limited to simple equipments (nothing complex like copying an actual gun; he's not barred from modifying his swords into guns though), but apparently UBW can also replicate functioning barbeque grills according to FGO. As for the weapons he projects during his NP animation, it's specifically the weapons used by his teammates in Extella: Nero's Aestus Estus, Gawain''s Excalibur Galatine, and Cu's Gae Bolg.

26:03 Just spamming all of your code casts also raises the bond level of the servant you are controlling, regardless of if there is a misson tied to it. So it's good practice to just use them all up when you know you are going to beat the boss
