If you have fantasy figures then this game is an auto-buy. The game system works really well without much fuss and games are quick and packed with flavor!

Hi, Ash, I don't know if I've misread the rules, but where are you getting the rule from that, if you are facing two enemies, that you can't fight back (18:21)? Have you house-ruled this? Looking at the rules; I read it that, if your target has a friend within 1" of you, then the target doesn't suffer the -3 penalty to their attack roll. "However, close combat is risky, and your opponent can also attack you back at the same time, but at -3 to their roll. Both roll to hit, and then roll for damage for any successful hits either model achieved. This -3 is negated in close combat if another friendly model is also within 1 inch of the enemy attacker." So, if an Adventurer attacks a Monster, the Monster can strike back at -3. However, if an Adventurer attacks a Monster that supported by ally within 1" of the Adventures, the first Monster can attack back, ignoring the -3 modifier. With the same applying to Adventures getting attack by Monsters.

Finally got around to rolling all the names and stats for my war band today. Laughed so much at all the cool names flaws and feats (my ogre is called El Bobo The Sad and has a gammy foot) can’t wait to give the game a go. 👍

Hi while reading scenario 1 it says “to find fungi perform a treasure roll on a corpse, in addition to any treasure you gain 1 spotted fungi” and I think just looted fungi then rolled for treasure. Admittedly I did that in my first game too and when using treasure roles for fungi I only got 1 out of 6

Thanks for the play thru. The game seems like a lot of fun and doesn't take up much space with only a 2x2 play area. There's going to be a sci-fi version of Mork Borg called Cy borg and it would be cool if it could be played on the tabletop using this system 😊

So is this like Frostgrave but with the ability to do it solo/coop/with RPG? Like you could play against someone and have hazards (like the ghouls) show up you both have to deal with along with each other?

DriveThru's rules for PoD are a lot more difficult and complicated than for PDFs. You basically have to tear your PDF apart into multiple pieces and redo it to match their format for printing. There is also a process to go through, including ordering a test print before you can let people order it.

Awesome first game! I am surprised (and pretty happy to see) that everyone made it out all right, even if it was a close call for The Fast. When you spent XP, you said that your leader got rid of his old flaw, but what was it replaced with once you rerolled it? Hopefully not another guy with brittle bones!

I don't think you can remove a flaw. It says "reroll", so I'd assume you're stuck with the number of flaws you have (or gain) but you can try to get one that isn't as bad for a character?

Where did you find a good 2x2 game mat that fit the games theme? Best I can find are the ones by deep cut for other specific games?

I didn’t, I actually trimmed several 3x3 mats. The nice thing is there’s a few games that want 1x1’ tiles so the off cuts aren’t wasted and you can effectively make two 24” boards from one 3’ one.

I think your characters HP is a little off. I think in your review video it says your HP should be a base of 8 + your toughness. So some of your characters should have more HP and some should have a little less.

A few mistakes, unfortunately. 1. You do not automatically get 1 black fungi. You get one only if you roll a succesful Presence test. 2. The ghouls have armor 2. So if you damage it for 4, the ghoul negates 2 points of damage and only takes 2 damage.
