My father-in-law had sciatica (out for months, sleeping on the sofa down stairs because he could not make it upstairs to bed) it was so bad he was willing to try anything, someone suggested acupuncture. He was desperate enough to try it, it improved very slightly after the first session and improved after the third to a degree where he could move freely again. He does not believe in it to this day (nor do I). Maybe worth a try though?

I think this game could be appealing to anyone honestly. It has a lot of mechanics that represent jobs that you're more likely to see men doing, such as construction, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and remodeling.
