You can make recovery pills with blue herbs using the medicine kit that George has. This is my favorite RE game. This game is really HARD for firstcomers. Use a guide. Playing on easy cuts puzzles and even rooms. Greetings from Perú.

Blue herbs also stop the infection rate temporarily. Giving more time to explore and complete the level.
