I may be a year late, but am enjoying the game immensely! Did you notice that the tramp in the hospital was the desperate ex firefighter from Druvis's backstory? The flavor text of the enemy description suggests that.

@@metha9987 Its implied at the end of chapter 2 after the final boss fight where vertin is lying down and schneider gets close to her - vertin does like a muffled gasp so its fancanon'd that they kissed! (one of the game artists drew art of this scene too!)
