Had my first recon combat mission today in the B.E. 2. Nearly 2 hours and got shot at by ground troops and dropped the bag at the wrong location. But other than that it was a nice flight. Somehow I love the aethetics of a filigrane biplane in my view gently rocking up and down.

Hi. Great to see you back in a scout...and with a decent gunsight to boot...bravo. Once I've exhausted myself with KCD 2 (from 4th Feb) I think I might well get myself another career going in the Niueport 17. It's a very agile (if a little delicate) aircraft and could reasonably handle the Albatros DII if not swarmed...though the DIII definitely outclassed it in pretty much all ways. So, anyway, looking forward to more of this. Cheers.

Hey, great for you with KCD1...did about 3 full playthroughs & the last couple of days of waiting on KCD2 is driving me nuts. Anyhow, looking forward to seeing you get to that SE5a (hmmm...probably SE5 first seeing it's Woff). Be interested in seeing how they handle it. Cheers.

Good Flight! You can go after a Roland from distance! up close you have to boom & zoom and watch out for the pilot who has a gun! Good landing you missed the trees and didn't wreak coming in so hot.

I'm pretty well convinced that recon difficulty is bugged. I switched it to easy at one point because I was having trouble taking good notes and suddenly started failing every single note. Switched it back to normal and am consistently getting around 50% success rate. I recommend switching back to normal recon difficulty.
