My dad had a huge construction company in the 80’s and early 90’s building huge developments from clearing the land to final product. He dialed it down to just a few crews and specialized work after years of juggling the headaches of about 60 employees and heavy equipment scattered in different cities and states. He spent a lot of time with me showing me ways for myself and employees to work smarter and not try to take on everything.

Appreciate your wisdom sir. You stated that if you had the chance to start over you wouldn’t get so big. Why don’t you just cut back on trucks and employees to give yourself that peace you are wanting?
