Wow, nice! I wish we had access to it here. I have never seen it. And even some of the black foam board has black paper coating but the foam inside is white.

Yes…Unfortunately, it seems that the availability of this material is limited to central/southern Europe. In other countries it changes in density and thickness...in cases like yours, it really changes the product! 😒👍🏻

There are two videos that discuss this a little bit: Shifting Lands Texture Test and Black Magic Craft featuring Gerard Boom (the man behind Shifting Lands). In his "Dungeon Tiles revisited" video, Jeremy from Black Magic Craft also discusses the preferable sides of XPS foam a little bit (basically, the top layer is more dense and takes impressions better than the side cuts). ​@@Traeumeer Thanks man! 😉👍🏻I saw all of their videos and I've take notes about the best side of the xps foam where to carv our projects...but with this black xps foam it don't looks to me that you have to pay attention to this things. We can simply grab your black xps foam and start working without issues. By the way, thanks again for the advice! 😉
