Hello everyone. I know this is a MUCH different video than normal and it isn't easy to talk about. But I want to talk about it. I need to talk about it. This is a very serious topic that I personally feel still isn't discussed as openly as it should be; especially across social media.
As of the recording and uploading of this video it has still yet to come out in an official capacity the cause of Jason David Frank's passing and if alternate information is presented officially I will edit this video.
However it would seem we lost him to suicide.
While I am proud to share this video with you all and very thankful my friend Chris gave me this video, I didn't want Jason to be the main focus of this. Unfortunately what has happened can't be undone. And while we mourn this loss we can also immediately begin or continue taking steps to help ensure it doesn't happen again to anyone else.
Mental health is important. And finding help or helping those you know need it can make an immeasurable difference in someone's life. My hope is that through this video someone can benefit from the resources listed above or down in the comment section. Or at the very least understand that they are not alone. That they can ask for help. That it's normal to not be okay. It's normal to be sad. It's normal to be vulnerable and human.
I believe the first step is acknowledging it's okay. The second step is asking for help.
My heart goes out to the family and friends of Jason David Frank. The fans. The ranger community. And the many more hurt by this.
