There's been a lot being released about part 2 recently and I felt the need to discuss it. Bro I JUST finished watching your last video and I was thirsting for more. My prediction is that Pen will attempt to tell Colin the truth at their engagement ball, but will be interrupted by the announcement that Cressida claims to be Whistledown. Pen will be overwhelmed by this ("I can't breath"), and as soon as she is able, she will rush to disprove the claim. While she is on her way to deliver her writing, a concerned Colin will follow her and catch her red handed.

I have read that their first time will be before he knows about lady whistledown, but the mirror scene has not been shown in 5-6 ;) The mirror scene is supposedly after their fight about whistledown when they make up. That he will imply he wants to do it in front of a mirror, but it will be later in the episodes. Also they both have said they have broken another furniture as well and not a bed or mirror included xD And from what Nicola and Luke have said I think their first time will be in bed, and they have another sexy time on something like an old time Desk in a drawing room xD and then we also have the mirror, which they will go full force here unlike the book :') we will basically die in part 2 xD They said the last few days that the carriage scene was very tame and PG compared to what's coming xD

The chemistry between them in real life comes through so much in these scenes! Also they changed quite a bit from the book to the show a lot more than I expected.

I think the mirror scene will be episode 7-8. And after Collin finds our about Penelope being Whittlsedown. I think it will be similar to the books how he finds out, and at that point their publicly engaged, they have already done the deed and he is in love with her. And now he finds out she has this whole other personality, which she hid. Man the drama. The resolution to that will be the mirror scene (collin and Penelope accepting each other and loving all parts of themselves). And the rest of the conflict will be how to solve the Whittledown probelms, with the Queen and Cressida. So its Pollin against the world. Unlike, last two seasons where the relationship was the conflict resolution. This season is the couple together solving the conflict external from them. The scene in the trailer i think, may have hints of mirrors but it would be her first time. In interview, nick has said Penelope is a extra virgin and how Collin 'guides' her in her first time. Like the carriage scene had no nudity but had a narrative arch and was extremely intimate. Now imagine that with no interruption. Thats my theory.

As Varley said, "a looking glass does not lie" so the mirror scene being after Lady Whistledown makes sense cause their overarching story is "Identity" aka loving each other for who they really are. I am certain they'd resolve Lady Whistledown better in the show than the book, because she is much bigger here but I am do think the mirror scene is very important since they've talked about how a mirror shows you the real you.

I read that the mirror pics are from ep 5 and that is when Colin tells her some pretty amazing things to help her feel better (her family isn’t happy with her, no surprise, and think she trapped Colin and that he couldn’t love her). The audio was released through Netflix Latin America and people have translated it into English. They end up having their first time in their new place that colin took her to escape her family for awhile. He even defends her to Portia which is amazing! The mirror scene is supposedly going to be after he finds out in ep 6 that she is LW.

I don't think they will unmask LW to everyone like the book. There has to be some sort of twist in that to preserve LW for future seasons. Of course Colin will find out, but I don't think he is going to announce it to everyone. There are some things in the book that will not make sense in the show. I'm still trying to wrap my head around some of the book scenes that have already been portrayed in some way. The first kiss was beautiful, but the scenario about her asking didn't seem right for the show Colin and Pen. It made sense in the book. However, I still think it was wonderful of Luke and Nicola to try and bring so much of the book to the screen.

I actually think that the six before he finds out about Lady Whistledown is a good test of the strength of their relationship. He says he loves every part of her when their relationship is happy; but can he still love every part of her when there are parts he doesn’t like?

Absolutely!! 💯 I was initially upset that they changed the fact that Colin does not know that Pen is Lady Whistledown when he does the proposal but these couple days I've been reflecting on it and I've made my peace with it. I can understand that the show would deal with the question of Whistledown in a more dramatic way for viewing purposes. So then I thought this is actually going to be thrilling : we are going to have something like a double "love confession" /double bliss ! We already have the beginning of the first love confession (carriage scene) and I suspect more is to come right after in episode 5 (Colin saying he loves her - because he did not say the words yet, and probably their first time together in episode 5 but later in the episode). There will be a fall out when he gets to know Pen is LW I cannot see it otherwise, so it's going to be interesting to see how he deals with it and come to terms with the fact that he loves Pen as a full human being with her flaws.

Okay hear me out when colin is surrounded by everyone reading LW, he looks kind of betrayed or like he has realised that its pen. I think her being like i can't breathe is like her seeing that look, and panicking. He walks over to confront her then boom... faint. But I reckon either colin or Eloise will think the faint is for attention and gaining sympathy. However, Pen's nervous temperament and stress about LW, whispers about the impending engagement, the engagement, general whispers about her will cause it. I think Violet will learn about Pen being LW and be a little upset, but see the logic. We will get a reference to her mother and a comparison to portia and she will knock some sense into Eloise and colin.

Can I also just say that I honestly *don’t* want to see much in the way of intimacy scenes with these two? They’re *so* precious to me, the idea actually makes me feel slightly icky. Literally any other couple, by all means, get raunchy, just not these two. One other thing, I’ve heard a separate rumor that some of the siblings, like Anthony, are actually against the match, like he might even be withholding his permission for John to propose at first. I rewatched ep4 yesterday, and that's how it goes : after dancing with Lord Samadani Francesca meets John who apologized for leaving her very abruptly the previous time they met and he offers her the piano partition. Francesca asks to return home earlier and Violet agrees saying they have to find her brother and sister and they can go. Colin arrives at the ball a while later. We can assume the family is already on its way home as Pen dances with Lord Debling and then Colin. So by the time Pen's carriage arrives at Bridgerton house, it's safe to assume the family is back home. Without Benedict who's making out with Lady Arnold (at her place I'm guessing). And also as the previous comment pointed out we see Francesca playing the pianoforte and Violet comes to her. So the family is indeed at home. EDIT : I completely forgot Eloise saw Colin interrupting Debling & Pen dancing. So I am not sure if she'll be back at Bridgerton house when Colin and Pen get there and Colin makes his announcement, or if she'll get there a bit after and see everyone being happy. We do see her in the part2 trailer but it's hard to say for now if she was already there or just getting home.

Fun facts guys i just re-watched Beaty & the Beast and truly Brigerton S3 was inspired by it & of course Eros & Psyque"s love story ..so it began when Portia said on ep 1 something familiar that " Even a broken clock is right twice a day " interesting as it was said on the beaty& beast movie too...typical as ep 5 is called Tick tock well my point is i never analyzed anything on my life but Polin is just my guilty pleasure, especially with Pen is considered as Belle the beautiful smart bookworm then Colin as the hideous beast again it was also referred as Eros when tasked to shot her to fall in love with a hideous match instead with their kiss he shot himself ..so they gave him a false exterior in which he lets go when he falls with Pen ..same scenes too like in the Library & when she read his journal like when Belle found the secret rose room it really gives this vibe ..when Violet pushed her son to confess his feeling is the exact same thing with the beast with his companions ..the candles ,clocks everything screams it ,do let me know what u think of all this

I read something about part 1 & 2, which I do want to share but I think it’s just a theory, there’s no articles or evidence to back this but I remember I saw someone comment somewhere about Colin and Penelope (not sure if I will say this word for word, but I’ll summarise). In part 1 we see a friends to lovers trope for Colin and Penelope, Part 2 MIGHT be a served with “enemies to lovers” trope. I put that in quotation because it may shift from friends to lovers to MAYBE lovers to enemies. This is just my own opinion so take it with a grain of salt. I feel like I’m context it makes sense- Colin fell for Penelope, not Lady Whistledown, Penelope is lady whistledown, so he might find out idk. But it’s a just a theory someone commented in my feed, idk what KZbin short video it was. It was an interesting theory to say the least, nevertheless ID HAVE A HEART ATTACK
