Amy, I can’t believe there’s someone who feels exactly the same way as I do. And to make things worse, my birthday is September 7. It always used to fall on the first day of school. I couldn’t even enjoy my birthday when I was a kid. Anyway, you’re totally not alone. Also, when I used to have a job as a paralegal, it was very stressful. And every Sunday night I would have an anxiety attack and I couldn’t sleep. It was because a new work week was starting. I used to call it the gross Sunday night feeling of dread. Thank goodness I’m finally over all of that but I remember it like it was yesterday. I hope it gets better for you. ❤

I support the other comment saying add something you couldn’t do in september before because you dont have the stress of organizing the studio. It will probably take some time to let go of it, because it’s been like this forever❤ i guess we got to practice letting go of conditioned stress.. we can do it ❤️

I am so glad you discussed this. As an admin assistant to a Board of Directors, every fall means the meetings start again and with it a lot of work and responsibilities. So I kind of get it. But the strange thing is, I also love a routine. Go figure.

Dare I say what you're experiencing is like PTSD , like your friend said your body is conditioned , like a biological clock that wakes you up every morning at the same time on days off, if this is your first September that has changed , change your routine , get the kids off to school and go for a walk , something you couldn't do before , Now thats just an idea I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV and itbjust came to me as I was listening when you asked lol. Hope you have an awesome month.

You are not wrong. I have been diagnosed with CPTSD. And no doubt this time of year "triggers" me...I kinda hate that word. But yes, doing something that I couldn't do before is a great idea. Maybe I'll join the gym🤭! Thank you so much for being here.

@@FictionalAdultingYT Maybe I should be a doctor or at least play one on TV (Or KZbin) LOL. Just know what ever problems we have there's always someone listening and in our corner, sometimes knowing that is the only reason I crawl out of bed. Onward and upward , or as another one of my buddies like to say "Fake it til we make it" Have a great weekend
